The AirTAC GFR600-25T AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 1 in, Auto Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in a single body. This 600-size unit is fitted with a 1 in NPT port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a 40 um standard filter element, and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. The standard regulator adjusts between 0.15 and 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Because this is the 600 size, the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the J code means no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), low-pressure regulation, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, a reverse/check valve, G or NPT thread in place of the PT standard, and a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered and regulated air feeds the spray-booth drop lines, keeping water and pipe scale out of the paint circuit while holding a steady setpoint for the guns.
A 1 in supply drop conditions the air feeding the case-erector and taping-head cylinders, with the automatic drain clearing condensate through long shifts.
Installed at the header serving CNC lathes and mills, it cleans the shop air and regulates pressure to the machine tools' pneumatic clamps and tool-changers.
Start with size and port: the 600 series steps up to a 1 in connection for higher-air-volume circuits, while 200/300/400 sizes cover 1/8 in to 3/4 in. Choose the drain to match maintenance access: automatic (this unit) drains itself, manual needs an operator, and the default differential-pressure type drains on pressure drop. Pick the 40 um standard element for general supply air or the 5 um W option where finer filtration is wanted. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) with an embedded square gauge standard and an external round gauge optional. Thread is PT as the catalogue standard with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be added where this no-bracket J version is not wanted. On sizing: flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm the right size before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for this 1 in unit on request before you order.
The A code fits an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate from the aluminium alloy bowl without an operator, suiting unattended or hard-to-reach installations. Manual and differential-pressure drain versions are available in the same series if you prefer scheduled draining.
