The AirTAC GFR60020AC3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020AC3WTK is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built for 3/4 in NPT ports, carries a fine 5 um filter element (code W), drains condensate automatically, and includes a reverse/check valve that holds the downstream setting when the upstream supply is lost. The fitted round gauge reads in bar, and the aluminium alloy bowl suits the larger size-600 body. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure draining, a 40 um or 5 um element, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, a check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the 3/4 in main feeding a workshop pneumatic press, it cleans the air to 5 um, holds a steady regulated pressure at the press, and drains condensate automatically so the line does not need daily attention.
Mounted ahead of the valve manifold on an automated assembly cell, it filters water and particles from the plant air, regulates the supply to the cell's actuators, and the check valve keeps the cell's setting stable during upstream pressure dips.
Fitted at the drop to a conveyor system's pneumatic drives and clamps, it conditions the incoming compressed air and regulates it to the pressure the drive cylinders were set up for, with the bar gauge giving operators a visible line check.
Size 600 with a 3/4 in port is the step to choose when the air demand at the machine clearly exceeds what 1/2 in and smaller units carry; match the port step to your supply line and confirm the flow curve with us before ordering. The 5 um element in this unit is the finer of the two published grades (40 um is standard), so select W when downstream equipment needs cleaner air. The automatic drain discharges collected condensate without manual attention - choose manual draining only where someone can attend the unit regularly. The round bar gauge is an external gauge option; embedded square gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales are also available. NPT is the thread fitted here; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) can be ordered. A mounting bracket is included.
Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves and not as a single rating, we will confirm the sizing against your application on request - please ask before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and line conditions and we will confirm the relevant datasheet flow figures on request before you order.
The A in the code means the bowl drains collected condensate automatically, which suits units that run unattended. The GFR series can also be ordered with manual draining or with the differential-pressure drain as the default; the 5 um W element, gauge scale and NPT, G or PT thread are likewise order choices.
