The AirTAC GFR60020AJF2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020AJF2T is a size 600 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/4 in NPT port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a 40 um standard filter element, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, thread types (PT standard, G and NPT as options), drain types, 40 um or 5 um filter grades, gauge scales and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on a 3/4 in compressed-air distribution main to clean water and particulate from the supply and hold a steady regulated pressure for the whole workshop circuit.
Mounted at the inlet of a control panel or valve manifold to feed clean, pressure-regulated air to solenoid valves and actuators, with the psi gauge giving a local setpoint readout.
Feeding clamps, air cylinders and pneumatically driven tooling on a CNC machining cell, where the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the circuit during unattended shifts.
Size 600 is the largest step in the GFR range, with a 3/4 in port suited to higher-flow lines; match the size and port to the flow your application needs. The automatic drain on this unit suits unattended duty; manual and differential-pressure drains are available on other variants. The 40 um element is the standard grade - choose the 5 um (W) option where finer filtration is required. The square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are alternatives, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is standard and G is an order option. A bracket is not fitted on this variant (J code) but is available. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A in the code sets an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate from the aluminium bowl without manual attention - useful for unattended or hard-to-reach installations. The F2 code means an embedded square gauge is fitted, reading in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are available as options.
