The AirTAC GFR60020ALC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020ALC1TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This size 600 unit has a 3/4 in NPT port, an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate from the aluminium alloy bowl without manual attention, and the standard 40 um filter element. The regulator is the low-pressure type, a round pressure gauge scaled in MPa is fitted, and a reverse/check valve is installed. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for carton-sealing and tray-forming cylinders on a packaging line, with the automatic drain clearing condensate from the 3/4 in supply main.
Conditioned air for pusher gates and diverter arms on a conveyor sortation system, where the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the valve manifold.
Clean, regulated low-pressure air for sample-handling cylinders and small actuators on a laboratory automation skid, with the round MPa gauge for set-point checks.
Size and port step up with required flow: this is size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest port in the family. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to check the curve against your application before ordering. The automatic drain handles condensate on its own; manual and differential-pressure drains are the alternatives in the family. The 40 um element is standard and code W gives 5 um filtration. The fitted round gauge reads in MPa, with psi and bar scales available. Thread options are PT (the standard), G (BSPP) and NPT, and a mounting bracket is included with this unit. The low-pressure regulator type is selected by the L in the code; its exact setting range is confirmed from the datasheet on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes filter-regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
The A in the code means an automatic drain: collected condensate is discharged from the bowl without you having to open it. The GFR family also offers manual and differential-pressure drains if your installation prefers one of those.
