The AirTAC GFR60020ALC1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020ALC1WT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body, so one unit removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a set downstream pressure. This configuration is the 600 size with 3/4 in NPT ports, the 5 um filter element (code W) for finer filtration than the 40 um standard, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, the low-pressure regulator type, and a fitted external round gauge scaled in MPa. The aluminium alloy bowl is specific to the 600 size, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a stepped range of ports, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options) and bracket. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 3/4 in branch off the plant air main to clean the supply and hold a steady low-pressure setting for large cylinders and air-operated valves on a production line.
Mounted in a control panel supply circuit to filter fine particles from instrument air and regulate pilot pressure to positioners and solenoid valves, with the round MPa gauge giving a clear local reading.
Fitted ahead of conveyor diverters, clamps and packaging heads to remove water and 5 um-level particulate and keep the regulated supply stable through a full shift, with automatic drain handling condensate.
Size and port step up together: 200 through 600, with this 600 unit carrying 3/4 in NPT ports for the higher-flow end of the range - match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than to the pipe alone. Drain choice matters in unattended installations: automatic drain (this unit) clears condensate by itself, while manual and differential-pressure drains suit supervised or space-limited setups. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer option versus the 40 um standard - choose it where downstream equipment is sensitive to finer particles. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge (standard) or the external round gauge fitted here, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; thread is PT as standard with G and NPT to order; a bracket is included.
One honest routing note: flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. The regulation range for the low-pressure type is likewise confirmed on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The embedded square gauge is the standard fitting on GFR units, and an external round gauge is the optional alternative. This configuration is ordered with the round gauge scaled in MPa; psi and bar scales are also available as order options.
