The AirTAC GFR60020C3T AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020C3T is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is threaded 3/4 in NPT, carries the standard 40 um filter element, drains condensate automatically by differential pressure as flow passes through, and is fitted with an external round pressure gauge scaled in bar. The regulator adjusts outlet pressure across 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the unit operates from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the drain bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional 5 um filtration (code W), manual or automatic drain variants, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT thread options in addition to the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4 in drop feeding a packaging hall's air ring main, it cleans water and scale out of the compressed air and holds a steady regulated pressure to the downstream take-offs, with the bar-scaled gauge letting maintenance read outlet pressure at a glance.
Mounted ahead of the valve manifold that drives conveyor gate and pusher cylinders, it removes condensate carried over from the compressor and keeps actuator pressure stable so bottles index consistently along the line.
Used as the conditioning stage in a retrofit control panel, the filter regulator conditions the shop air supply before it reaches directional valves and air logic, with the included bracket simplifying panel mounting and the differential-pressure drain keeping the aluminium bowl clear during production.
Step up or down the size ladder (200, 300, 400, 600) against the port and flow your line needs; this unit is the largest step, at 3/4 in NPT. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure drain (this unit) discharges condensate automatically with flow, while automatic (A) and manual (M) variants suit different duty patterns. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify the W code for 5 um where finer filtration is required. Gauge options are the embedded square type or the external round gauge fitted here, with MPa, psi or bar scales; thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included for mounting. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
In the GFR code the C3 position selects the optional external round gauge scaled in bar (the embedded square gauge is standard, with MPa, psi and bar scales available), and a blank drain position means the differential-pressure drain, which discharges condensate automatically as air flows through. Automatic (A) and manual (M) drain variants are available if your duty pattern suits them better.
