The AirTAC GFR60020C3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020C3WTK is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in a single body. This configuration is threaded 3/4 in NPT, carries the finer 5 um filter element (the 40 um element is the standard option), drains condensate by differential pressure, and is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in bar plus a reverse/check valve to hold the set pressure if the supply drops. At size 600 the drain bowl is aluminium alloy, and the maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with a regulator adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the 3/4 in supply branch feeding a paint line, it strips water and fine particulate before the air reaches spray equipment and holds a steady set pressure so atomising air is not disturbed by supply swings.
Mounted at the drop point of a packaging conveyor's air main, it delivers filtered, regulated air to the cylinders and grippers that form, fill and close cartons through each shift.
Placed on the instrument-air takeoff feeding pneumatic quarter-turn valve actuators, it keeps the actuation pressure stable and the check valve helps hold that setting if the header pressure dips.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and their port sizes (1/8 in to 1 in) to match the air demand of the circuit; the 3/4 in port on this size 600 unit suits higher-flow mains. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (as here) drains as flow conditions demand, automatic drains unattended bowls, and manual drain suits supervised installations. Pick 40 um for general protection or 5 um, as decoded here, where finer particulate matters. Select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is bar) and thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order); a bracket is included and a low-pressure regulator type is available.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W in the code GFR60020C3WTK selects the finer 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, for applications where finer particulate matters. The K selects a reverse/check valve, which helps hold the regulated downstream pressure if the supply pressure falls. Both are order-time choices on the GFR series.
