The AirTAC GFR60020F2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 NPT 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020F2WT is a filter regulator in the GFR600 series: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built around a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest standard port step in the G-series, with a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer filtration than the 40 um standard element. The differential-pressure drain bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough, so no daily manual draining is needed. The embedded square gauge reads in psi, the regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and a mounting bracket is included. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, psi, MPa or bar gauge scales, G or NPT thread options, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4 in main drop feeding a CNC machining cell, the GFR60020F2WT removes water and fine particulate and holds a set working pressure for the cell's air tools and actuators.
Mounted on the supply header of a packaging conveyor line, this unit conditions the air feeding cylinders and grippers, with the 5 um element protecting directional valves from finer contamination.
Placed ahead of a large pneumatic valve manifold on a process skid, the filter regulator delivers filtered air at a stable set pressure, with the psi square gauge giving a local setpoint readout.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) against the port and flow your line needs; this unit sits at the top of the range with a 3/4 in NPT connection. Choose the drain to match maintenance practice: differential-pressure (this unit) drains itself under load, automatic drains on a cycle, and manual suits infrequently attended installations. Pick 5 um (this unit) when downstream equipment tolerates less particulate, or the 40 um standard element for general protection. Gauge scale (psi here; MPa or bar also available), thread family (PT standard, G and NPT as order options) and the bracket are all decodable from the code. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
W is the 5 um filter grade, finer than the 40 um standard element. This unit has no drain letter, which means the differential-pressure drain: condensate is expelled automatically when the pressure differential across the element rises, so no manual draining routine is required.
