The AirTAC GFR60020JC3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020JC3WTK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This 600-size unit is threaded 3/4 in NPT, uses a 5 um filter element (code W), drains by differential pressure, and is fitted with a round gauge scaled in bar and a reverse (check) valve (code K). Its regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and it operates from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl is aluminium alloy, as on all 600-size units, and no mounting bracket is included (code J).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet numbers for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for the pneumatic cylinders that form, fill and seal cartons on a packaging line, with the 5 um element protecting valve seals from particulate carryover.
Feeding the air cylinders that raise, divert and stop product on a conveyor system, where a stable set pressure keeps gate timing consistent through the shift.
Instrument-quality supply to actuated control valves and positioners, with the check valve holding the downstream circuit if the plant air supply drops.
Size and port set the flow capacity: this is the 600 frame with a 3/4 in NPT thread, the largest in the range. The 5 um element (W) suits points where finer particulate protection matters; the 40 um standard element is available in other codes. Drain here is differential-pressure, which bleeds the bowl as inlet pressure falls; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are alternative codes. The fitted round gauge is scaled in bar; embedded square gauges and MPa or psi scales are other options. The thread on this code is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. No mounting bracket is included (code J), and the reverse/check valve (K) holds downstream pressure if supply is interrupted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote honestly. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. If upstream supply is lost, the valve holds pressure on the downstream side so your cylinders and actuators do not dump their set pressure unexpectedly. Codes without K have no check valve.
