The AirTAC GFR60020LC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020LC1WTK is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 600-size unit is built with 3/4 in NPT ports, the fine 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain, low-pressure regulation, a round MPa pressure gauge and a reverse/check valve (code K), and it ships as a genuine AirTAC configuration with the mounting bracket included.
The GFR600 is the largest size in AirTAC's G-series filter regulator range, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. At size 600 the drain bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and flow data for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A 3/4 in filter regulator sits at the drop feeding large clamp and hold-down cylinders, cleaning the air to 5 um and holding a steady low clamping pressure while the check valve holds the circuit if upstream supply dips.
Mounted on the branch feeding a packaging machine's main air header, the unit strips water and fine particulate before the air reaches valves and actuators, with the MPa gauge giving operators a visible line-pressure reference.
On a plant air branch feeding positioners and pilot actuators, the 5 um element protects sensitive pilot components and the low-pressure regulation keeps actuator supply within the range the valve manufacturer specifies.
This configuration is already fixed: 600 size with 3/4 in NPT ports, 5 um filtration, differential-pressure drain, low-pressure regulation, round MPa gauge and a reverse/check valve. If you are still choosing across the range, the real decisions are the size/port step against the flow your line needs, the filter grade (40 um standard vs 5 um fine for sensitive downstream equipment), the drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), the gauge style and scale, and the thread family (PT standard, G or NPT to order).
One honest routing note: AirTAC publishes filter-regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow figure here. Ask us to confirm sizing and the low-pressure regulation range against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet and flow-curve data for this 3/4 in, 600-size unit on request.
The W in the code GFR60020LC1WTK selects the optional 5 um fine filtration instead of the 40 um standard element, for lines with sensitive downstream equipment. The drain is the differential-pressure type (the default): it discharges collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the element rises, with no manual draining routine.
