The AirTAC GFR60020LC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020LC2GK is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the low-pressure type, built for circuits that run at reduced supply pressure rather than full line pressure. It carries a G3/4 (BSPP) port, the standard 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough, so no manual draining routine is needed. A round gauge with a psi scale is fitted for direct downstream pressure reading, a reverse/check valve holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops, and the aluminium alloy bowl (standard at size 600) is supplied with a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with manual or automatic drains, a 5 um (W) filter element, square embedded or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning and regulating the air feeding the clamp and pusher cylinders on a carton-forming and sealing line that runs its actuators at reduced supply pressure, with the psi gauge letting operators verify set pressure at a glance.
Filtering water and pipe scale out of the air feeding spray guns in a paint or powder-coating booth, then holding a gentle regulated supply so atomising pressure stays steady across a shift.
A filtered, regulated air drop feeding the pilot-air manifold of directional control valves on a bottle-filling and celling machine, with the reverse/check valve holding the pilot circuit if the main supply dips.
Start with the size and port: the 600 frame with its G3/4 port is the largest step in the GFR range, so match it against the air demand of the circuit - and ask us to confirm the flow curve against your application before ordering, since AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rating. Choose the low-pressure type (code L) only where the circuit runs at reduced supply pressure; the standard type is the default for general line pressure. Drain options are differential-pressure (this unit, fitted as default), automatic (A) or manual (M). The standard element is 40 um; specify W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. Gauges: this unit has an external round gauge in psi (C2); square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Threads are PT as standard, with G (this unit) and NPT as order options; brackets are included on GFR unless J is specified.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the relevant curve and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The L in the code marks this as the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits that run at reduced supply pressure rather than the standard version; the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published in the material we hold, so ask us to confirm it on request. The drain is the differential-pressure type (the default, no drain letter in the code): condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is discharged automatically when the pressure differential across the 40 um element is sufficient, with no manual draining required.
