The AirTAC GFR60020LF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020LF2GK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. This size-600 unit carries a G3/4 (BSPP) port with G thread, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as the inlet-to-outlet pressure difference rises, and the standard 40 um filter element for removing water and particulate from compressed air. It is the low-pressure (L) type regulator, fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, a reverse/check valve holding downstream pressure when the supply drops, and a mounting bracket. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um optional filter element (code W), gauge scale options (MPa, psi or bar) and G or NPT thread variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed ahead of a bank of diaphragm or butterfly valves on a process line, this unit filters the supply and holds a reduced, stable setting for actuators specified below full line pressure. The check valve keeps the actuation side pressurised during brief supply dips.
Mounted at the air drop feeding a cartoning or wrapping machine, it removes water and pipe scale with the 40 um element and lets operators read and adjust the working pressure on the psi-scaled square gauge without stopping the line.
Feeding pneumatic clamps and fixture cylinders in a machining cell, the unit conditions the compressed air and regulates it to the level the clamping circuit was designed around, while the reverse valve prevents the fixtures from venting if the main supply is interrupted.
Start with the port and body size: GFR600 with a 3/4 in port suits lines whose required air demand sits at the top of the GFR range - match the published flow curve to your consumption rather than guessing. Choose the drain: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (the default); an automatic drain (code A) or manual drain (code M) can be ordered instead. Filter grade is the standard 40 um element here; specify 5 um (code W) if finer particulate capture is needed. The square gauge is scaled in psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is G (BSPP) on this unit - PT is the standard thread and NPT is also an order option - and the bracket is included. Note this is the low-pressure (L) type regulator; its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating: ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as characteristic curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The F2 code specifies the embedded square gauge with a psi scale (MPa and bar scales are alternatives, and an external round gauge can be ordered). The trailing K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply falls - useful on circuits that must not lose their setting. This is also the low-pressure (L) type regulator; confirm its adjustment range with us, as it is not published in our sheet.
