The AirTAC GFR60020LJNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020LJNWT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This size 600 unit is fitted with 3/4 in NPT ports, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, and the low-pressure regulator type. It is supplied without a pressure gauge, without a mounting bracket and without a reverse/check valve. The aluminium alloy bowl is standard at size 600.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge options and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, low-pressure regulated air to clamp and hold-down cylinders on a packaging line, with the 5 um element protecting valve spools from particulate carryover.
Supplies cleaned air to blow-off nozzles or air knives on a conveyor line where the job runs at reduced pressure and the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate off the product.
Conditions the air feeding bench-top actuators and low-pressure test rigs in a laboratory or pilot plant, combining fine 5 um filtration and regulation in a single 3/4 in body.
Size 600 with 3/4 in NPT ports is the largest step in the GFR range, so start here when your line flow and pipework call for 3/4 in connections; step down to 300/400 where the circuit is smaller. The 5 um element (code W) suits downstream equipment that needs finer particulate removal than the 40 um standard grade. Drain is differential-pressure here; automatic (A) and manual (M) variants exist if you prefer timed or operator-controlled draining. This is the low-pressure regulator type, and its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm the range against your setpoint with us before ordering. No gauge is fitted (code N) and no bracket is included (code J); gauge and bracket options exist elsewhere in the family. Thread is NPT here, with PT (standard) and G available to order. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request before you order.
The N in the code means no pressure gauge is fitted; gauge options exist elsewhere in the GFR family if you want one. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type, and its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm the range against your setpoint with us on request. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer filtration grade, and the differential-pressure drain handles condensate automatically as air flows through.
