The AirTAC GFR60020LNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020LNT is a 600-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is threaded NPT3/4 (3/4 in), is the low-pressure type, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and uses a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through. It is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operates from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT / G / NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element option, gauge options and a low-pressure type. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fits on the 3/4 in main drop feeding a CNC machining cell, drying and cleaning the shop air and holding a steady low regulated supply to the cell's pneumatic valves and actuators.
Installed ahead of the air cylinders and control valves on a packaging or palletising conveyor line, where water and scale from the compressor must be stripped out before they reach the drive components.
Used at the shop-air point in a commercial vehicle service bay, conditioning the supply before it reaches tyre-cage inflation rigs and air-tool circuits that need a stable, low regulated pressure.
Sizing steps up through the GFR range: 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in. This unit is the 600 size on a 3/4 in NPT thread, the largest step in the family, so match it against your line's flow demand and pipe size. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (fitted here) bleeds condensate automatically with flow, automatic drains on a cycle, and manual drains suit attended installations. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W code for 5 um where finer particulate removal matters. This is the low-pressure type, so confirm your working band suits it. Gauge (square embedded or round external, MPa / psi / bar scale) and reverse/check valve are order options; PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are ordered as specification options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow performance as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted; an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge (MPa, psi or bar scale) can be ordered as an option. The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for lower working-pressure bands than the standard version - confirm the exact range with us, as it is not published here. Max inlet pressure remains 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
