The AirTAC GFR60020MF2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020MF2WTK is a size-600 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built for 3/4 in NPT ports, carries a 5 um filter element for finer air cleaning than the standard 40 um grade, and uses a manual drain you operate by hand to empty collected condensate. The embedded square gauge reads in psi, a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold downstream pressure, and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and because this is the 600 size, the drain bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types, filter grades, gauge styles and scales, and G/NPT thread options to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to CNC machine tool actuators and clamps on a 3/4 in main drop, with the 5 um element protecting spool valves from fine particulate and the check valve holding set pressure if the supply dips.
Conditioning air for carton-forming and case-packer cylinders, where the manual drain lets the line operator bleed condensate at shift start and the psi gauge gives a readable setpoint for consistent cylinder speed.
Supplying clean, regulated air to laboratory automation and analytical-instrument pneumatic circuits, where the 5 um grade and held downstream pressure support repeatable valve and actuator operation.
Step up or down through the 200/300/400/600 size ladder to match the port and flow your line needs; this unit is the 600 size on 3/4 in NPT. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic for hands-off condensate removal, manual where an operator can bleed the bowl on a schedule, or the differential-pressure default. Pick the 40 um standard element for general protection or the 5 um grade (code W, fitted here) when downstream equipment wants finer air. Select the embedded square gauge or an optional external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales, and specify PT (standard), G or NPT thread when ordering. A bracket is included; a J-code variant omits it. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and sizing on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: an operator opens it by hand to empty collected water from the aluminium alloy bowl, which suits attended installations on a drain schedule. If you want hands-off condensate removal, the same 600-size filter regulator is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain default - just ask us to quote the variant.
