The AirTAC GFR60020MJC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020MJC2T is a size 600 GFR filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is fitted with a 3/4 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, and an external round gauge reading in psi. The large 600 frame suits main air lines feeding multiple downstream circuits. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT thread, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um optional element (code W), gauge style and scale choices, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 3/4 in drop from the plant air header, it cleans water and scale out of the main supply and holds a steady regulated pressure for the whole downstream distribution leg of a production hall.
Feeding the valve manifold on a case-packing or palletising conveyor, the unit conditions the air and keeps actuator supply pressure consistent so cylinders and grippers cycle predictably through each shift.
Mounted ahead of a CNC machine tool's air-preparation inlet, it protects the machine's internal valves from water and debris and lets the maintenance team set the machine's working pressure at the round psi gauge.
Step up or down the size ladder (200/300/400/600) to match the port and flow path your line needs; this unit is the 600 frame with a 3/4 in NPT thread. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (this unit) needs periodic bleeding, automatic drains without attention, and differential-pressure drains by default on other variants. The 40 um element is standard; specify the W code for 5 um where finer filtration is required. Gauges can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this configuration carries a round psi gauge. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. A mounting bracket is optional (this unit is ordered without one). Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application needs and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is released by operating the drain by hand, which suits attended installations with regular maintenance rounds. If the unit will sit unattended, the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain options remove the need for manual bleeding.
