The AirTAC GFR60020MJF2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020MJF2WK is a size-600 filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration carries a PT3/4 port, a fine 5 um filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, and a reverse/check valve to hold the set pressure against backflow. Because it is the 600 size, the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the embedded square gauge reads in psi. Operating limits are 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet and -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options including 40 um or 5 um elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, G or NPT threads, and bracket choices. Published flow data appears as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding the tool-change cylinders and clamping valves on a machining centre; the 5 um element and check valve protect the set pressure between cycles.
Conditioning the 3/4 inch header that runs pneumatic diverters, pushers and bag sealers on a packaging line, with the regulator set to the actuator pressure the line was built around.
Filtering compressor moisture and scale out of the air feeding spray guns in a booth, then regulating it to the gun manufacturer's recommended setting.
Start with the port: this unit is PT3/4, so match it to a 3/4 inch air line and size the G-series step (200/300/400/600) against the flow your line needs - we can check the published flow curves with you before you order. Drain choice matters: manual drain means someone bleeds the bowl on a schedule; automatic or differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations. Element grade is 5 um here (code W) against the 40 um standard - pick 5 um where downstream valves and instruments want cleaner air. The square gauge is psi-scaled; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are available. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and this unit is supplied without a mounting bracket (code J).
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
Manual drain (code M) means the accumulated condensate is bled from the bowl by hand on a maintenance schedule - simple and reliable where an operator is already on site; automatic or differential-pressure drains are the choice for unattended plant. The 5 um element (code W) is a finer grade than the 40 um standard, suited to feeding valves, instruments and spray equipment.
