The AirTAC GFR60020MJF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020MJF3TK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 600 configuration has 3/4 in NPT ports, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual-drain bowl in aluminium alloy, an embedded square gauge with bar scale, a reverse/check valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads alongside the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, pressure-controlled air to the wrapper and case-sealer cylinders on a packaging line, with the 40 um element catching water and pipe scale before it reaches the actuators.
Supplying a bank of directional control valves on an assembly station, where the regulator holds a steady downstream setting and the check valve holds the set pressure against upstream dips.
Running the air cylinders that divert cartons and raise stop gates on a distribution conveyor, with the manual-drain bowl emptied during scheduled rounds at the compressor room.
Size and port: GFR600 is the largest G-series size, with 3/4 in NPT ports on this unit; step down to 200, 300 or 400 if your line flow is smaller. Drain: code M gives a manual drain, so the aluminium bowl is emptied by hand; automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) drain variants exist if unattended draining is needed. Filter grade: 40 um is the standard element; specify W for the 5 um option. Gauge: the embedded square gauge here reads in bar (scale 3); external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales are available. Thread: PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) or NPT are order options - this unit is ordered with NPT. The reverse/check valve (K) is fitted and no mounting bracket is included (code J). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and required downstream flow and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensed water collects in the aluminium bowl and is emptied by hand. Choose this when someone already attends the compressor area regularly; if the unit will be left unattended, the automatic (A) or differential-pressure drain variants are the better decode.
