The AirTAC GFR60020MLC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020MLC2WT is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has 3/4 in NPT ports, a 5 um filter element (code W, finer than the 40 um standard), a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, a low-pressure regulator type, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. A mounting bracket is included. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and is available with different drain types, filter grades, gauge styles and scales, and G/NPT thread options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, pressure-controlled air to clutch and counterbalance circuits on a stamping press, where the low-pressure regulator type and 5 um element protect sensitive valves from water and fine debris.
Supplies clean, regulated air to stopper cylinders and pusher actuators on a bottling conveyor, with the manual drain letting maintenance purge accumulated water at shift checks.
Conditions shop air for lab test rigs and autoclave auxiliaries, where the 5 um filtration and stable low-pressure regulation keep instruments and pilot valves working reliably.
Size 600 with 3/4 in ports is the largest step in the GFR range; match it to the flow your line needs and step down to 300/400 if the demand is smaller. This unit is already specified with the finer 5 um element (W), manual drain, low-pressure regulator type and a round psi gauge; the standard alternatives are a 40 um element, differential-pressure or automatic drain, and an embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A bracket is included.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we cannot quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and line pressure and we will confirm the correct sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: accumulated condensate is emptied by hand, which suits installations checked on a regular maintenance round. The GFR family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains as order options if you prefer unattended or pressure-triggered purging.
