The AirTAC GFR60020MLF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020MLF2WGK is a size-600 GFR filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built around a G3/4 port, a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer protection than the standard 40 um grade, and a manual drain so accumulated condensate is bled by hand. The regulator is the low-pressure type (code L) for circuits set below standard ranges, and an embedded square gauge with a psi scale is fitted for a direct local pressure readout. A reverse/check valve (code K) is fitted, the bowl is aluminium alloy as is standard at size 600, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options across drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT are order options), regulator type and reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplies filtered, regulated air to the gripper and capper cylinders on a bottling line, with the 5 um element protecting seals from water and particulate carryover.
Feeds pilot air to process control valves in a circuit regulated below standard set pressures; the embedded square psi gauge gives the operator a direct local readout.
Regulates air to the stop-and-gate cylinders along a packaging conveyor, where the manual drain lets an operator bleed accumulated condensate at shift start.
Start with the size and port: 600 is the largest GFR frame, and the G3/4 port here should match or step sensibly against the line size and the air demand of the circuit - we can check the published flow curve against your consumption before you order. Choose the drain next: this unit is manual (code M), which suits attended installations where an operator bleeds the bowl periodically; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on other variants for unattended duty. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer of the two published grades (40 um standard, 5 um optional) - pick it where downstream valves and cylinders need tighter protection. The gauge here is the embedded square type with a psi scale; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is G (BSPP) on this unit; PT is the standard thread and NPT is also an order option. A bracket is included, and the reverse/check valve is fitted. Note this is the low-pressure regulator type (code L); its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm your set pressure with us first.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curve for this G3/4, size-600 unit before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is released by hand, which suits attended installations. The GFR family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains on other variants if you need unattended moisture removal.
