The AirTAC GFR60020MLJC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020MLJC1WTK is a size 600 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 3/4 inch NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, a low-pressure type regulator, a round external pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and a built-in reverse/check valve. It is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, standard or low-pressure regulation, square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, a reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing against your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning and regulating the 3/4 inch supply feeding a palletiser or case-packing line, with the 5 um element protecting downstream directional valves and the manual drain bled at shift checks.
Supplying a low-pressure clamping or holding circuit on a machining fixture, where the low-pressure type regulator holds a reduced setting and the check valve helps hold the downstream side on air loss.
Prepping air for actuated gates, stops and diverters along a conveyor system, with filtered, regulated supply at the 3/4 inch take-off and the MPa gauge giving a visible line setting.
Start with the size and port: this unit is size 600 with a 3/4 inch NPT port, the largest step in the GFR range, so match it to your main air drop and required flow. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as fitted here) needs periodic bleeding, while automatic and differential-pressure drains empty the bowl without attention. Choose the filter grade: 40 um is standard for general air prep, 5 um (this unit) for finer protection of valves and actuators. Gauge scale is selectable as MPa, psi or bar, and thread can be ordered as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. A bracket is optional; this configuration omits it. Note that this is the low-pressure type, so ask us to confirm the exact regulation range from the datasheet before ordering. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we will confirm sizing against your application on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The manual drain means condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is released by operating the drain by hand, so plan a routine bleed interval. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer published grade, suited to protecting sensitive valves and cylinders; the 40 um standard grade is available on other configurations.
