The AirTAC GFR60020MLJC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020MLJC2 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This is the size 600 unit with 3/4 inch PT ports, the largest port step in the GFR line. It carries a 40 um standard filter element and a manual drain, so condensate is emptied by hand rather than automatically - a good fit where the bowl can be checked as part of a routine. The low-pressure regulator variant is intended for circuits that work below standard regulator settings, and the fitted round gauge reads in psi. The maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um or 5 um (code W) filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge or no gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request, since flow is published as curves rather than a single rating.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the air feeding 3/4-inch pilot-operated process valves on a plant header, with the psi gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout at the valve manifold.
Conditioning the branch line that serves a machining or assembly cell, where the low-pressure regulator holds a reduced working pressure for the cell's actuators and the manual drain is emptied during shift checks.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to conveyor gate cylinders and clamping fixtures on a packaging or material-handling line, with the 40 um element protecting downstream valves from water and debris.
Size 600 with 3/4 inch PT ports sits at the top of the GFR range, so size up to it when your line's flow demand calls for the larger port step - flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. This unit has a manual drain: choose it where someone can reliably bleed the bowl, and step to automatic or differential-pressure drain if the bowl cannot be checked regularly. Filtration is the 40 um standard element; specify the W code for 5 um if finer particle removal is needed. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are the other gauge options. PT is the standard thread here, with G and NPT available as order options. This configuration has no mounting bracket and no reverse/check valve, and being a low-pressure type its regulation range should be confirmed against your setpoint - we can check the datasheet on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is emptied by hand, which suits installations checked on a routine. The C2 sets the fitted round gauge to a psi scale; square gauges and MPa or bar scales are available in other configurations of the same series.
