The AirTAC GFR60020MLJF1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020MLJF1TK is a size-600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body, with a 3/4 in NPT port. This configuration is the low-pressure type for circuits that run below the standard regulator band, with a manual drain bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, an aluminium alloy bowl (standard on the 600 size), a built-in square MPa gauge, a fitted reverse/check valve, and no mounting bracket. Supply it with clean, dry compressed air within the 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet pressure and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) operating range.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and each size can be ordered with a different drain type, a 5 um (code W) element, gauge scale, thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), bracket and reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to air-over-oil boosters and clamping cylinders on a press cell that runs its actuation circuit below the standard regulator band, with the manual drain bled during shift-end checks.
Conditioning shop air for bench test rigs and instrument panels where a stable, low set pressure is required, with the built-in square MPa gauge giving the operator a direct local readout.
Supplying water- and particle-cleaned, regulated air to diverters, pushers and gripper cylinders along a bottling conveyor, with the reverse/check valve holding the circuit against backflow when upstream supply dips.
Start with the port step: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 map to 1/8 through 1 inch ports, so match the size to your line's pipe and the air demand of the downstream cylinders or tools. For the drain, choose manual (this model, code M) where an operator can bleed the bowl on a routine, or automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) where unattended drainage matters. The 40 um element is standard; specify the 5 um W grade only where downstream equipment genuinely needs finer filtration. The embedded square gauge on this unit reads in MPa; external round gauges and psi or bar scales are orderable, as are PT (standard) and G threads and an optional mounting bracket. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium bowl is released by operating the drain by hand, which suits stations visited on a routine. The same size 600 filter regulator can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain if you need drainage without operator attention.
