The AirTAC GFR60020MLJF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020MLJF2TK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 600 unit carries a 3/4 in NPT thread, a 40 um filter element, and a manual-drain bowl in aluminium alloy - open the drain at the bottom of the bowl to expel collected water. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and an embedded square gauge with a psi scale is fitted so the set pressure is visible at the unit. A reverse/check valve is included; no mounting bracket is supplied with this code.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options that include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for the clamps and vises on a machining cell: the 40 um element catches pipe scale and rust from the header, and the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle, repeatable clamp pressure downstream of the plant FRL.
Feeding atomizing air to a paint or coating line at reduced pressure: the manual-drain aluminium bowl is blown down at shift start, and the square psi gauge lets the operator set and verify the atomizing pressure at the unit.
Supplying diverters, pushers and stop gates on a packaging conveyor: filtration and regulation in one body saves a drop-leg position, and the fitted reverse/check valve helps hold the downstream circuit if the upstream supply dips.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT thread, the largest step in the GFR range, which suits higher-flow mains and drop legs. The drain is manual, so plan a routine blow-down; automatic or differential-pressure drains are available on other codes if nobody can visit the unit regularly. The 40 um element is the standard grade - specify code W for 5 um where finer particulate matters. The square gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales exist, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is NPT here; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. No bracket is included with this code.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code means the bowl drains by hand: open the drain at the bottom of the aluminium bowl to expel collected water as part of a routine check. If nobody visits the unit regularly, ask us about the same size with an automatic (A) or differential-pressure drain instead.
