The AirTAC GFR60020MLJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020MLJF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: a single body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is built around a 3/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, and low-pressure regulation. A square pressure gauge scaled in bar is fitted, and a reverse (check) valve is installed in the air path. No mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, and gauge and thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the cylinders and grippers on a carton-forming and case-packing line, with the 5 um element protecting downstream valves from particulate.
Supplies low-pressure regulated air to diaphragm-actuated control valves on a water treatment skid, with the fitted check valve in the air path.
Regulates air to the diverting gates and stopper cylinders along a bottling conveyor, with the manual drain allowing scheduled condensate removal at shift start.
Size and port set the capacity: this unit is size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest step in the GFR range - match the port step to the air demand of your circuit. Drain choice matters: a manual drain needs someone to open the bowl drain, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filter grade is 5 um here; 40 um is the standard grade and W orders the finer element. The gauge is the embedded square type scaled in bar; MPa and psi scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this unit - PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is the other order option. No bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your air demand and line pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: condensate is removed by opening the bowl drain when you choose. Differential-pressure (blank) and automatic (A) drains are the other published options if you want unattended discharge - tell us and we will quote the alternative code.
