The AirTAC GFR60020MLJNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020MLJNT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This 600-size unit has a 3/4 in NPT port, a manual drain, a 40 um filter element and low-pressure regulation, and it is supplied without a gauge, without a reverse/check valve and without a mounting bracket. The bowl on the 600 frame is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 40 um standard element or 5 um (code W), gauge options, and PT, G or NPT thread variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding paint or coating guns in a spray booth where the gun maker calls for a low regulated supply: the 40 um element keeps water and pipe scale out of the finish while the regulator holds the set pressure at the gun.
Low-pressure clamping and holding fixtures on CNC machining or assembly cells, where the 3/4 in port serves a main air drop and the low-pressure regulator sets a gentle, repeatable clamp pressure.
Air-knife and blow-off points on filling or packaging conveyors, where filtered, low-pressure air clears dust and moisture from containers without disturbing the product.
Size and port: the 600 frame is the largest in the GFR line, here with a 3/4 in NPT thread; step through the 200/300/400/600 sizes and the PT, G or NPT thread options to match your piping. Drain: the M code selects a manual drain, so the aluminium bowl is emptied by hand on a schedule - automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) drain codes exist if that does not suit your maintenance routine. Filter grade: 40 um standard; the W variant gives 5 um. This is the low-pressure (L) type with no gauge (N) and no bracket (J); gauge and bracket options are available on other GFR variants. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated figure, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR600 flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in GFR60020MLJNT selects a manual drain: the aluminium bowl is drained by hand on a schedule, and automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain codes exist in the same series if you prefer. The N means no gauge is fitted - gauge options with MPa, psi or bar scales are available on other GFR variants - and the J means no mounting bracket is included.
