The AirTAC GFR60025ALF1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60025ALF1WT is a GFR-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air down to 5 um (the W filter grade, finer than the 40 um standard element) and regulates downstream pressure, with the low-pressure (L) regulator type for applications that work below the standard range. The 600 size with 1 in NPT ports suits main air lines feeding large pneumatic equipment. The automatic drain expels collected condensate without manual attention, the embedded square MPa gauge shows outlet pressure at a glance, and the aluminium alloy bowl handles the duty at this size. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, square or square/round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the head of a 1 in distribution line serving a production hall, it removes line-scale and condensate at 5 um and holds the header pressure the downstream circuits were set up for.
Feeding the air cylinders and actuators on a filling or cartoning conveyor, the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle working pressure while the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the valves.
On a bank of pneumatic quarter-turn actuators, the unit conditions the supply to 5 um and regulates it to the actuator's rated pressure, with the MPa gauge giving operators a visible setpoint check.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 600 with 1 in NPT ports, the largest in the GFR range - match it to your main line size and let the flow curve, not a single number, confirm the fit. Drain: the automatic drain here empties the bowl unattended; choose manual where you prefer controlled draining or differential-pressure where supply pressure variation does the work. Filtration: the W code gives 5 um elements for finer protection than the 40 um standard. The L code selects the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it against your setpoint before ordering. Gauge: the F1 code fits the embedded square gauge with an MPa scale (psi and bar scales are order options, as is an external round gauge). Thread: NPT here, with G (BSPP) and PT available to order. A mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure that is not in the datasheet. Tell us your line size and demand and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing on request before you order.
The A code in this model fits the automatic drain, which expels collected condensate from the bowl without anyone opening it - useful on lines that run unattended. The GFR series is also available with manual or differential-pressure drains; confirm the drain type you want when ordering.
