The AirTAC GFR60025ALF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60025ALF2G is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body, so one unit removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a set downstream pressure. This is the largest size in the series, with a G1 (1 in) port, an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate from the bowl without manual attention, the standard 40 um filter element, the low-pressure regulator type, and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. The bowl is aluminium alloy at this size, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with matching port sizes, a choice of automatic, manual or differential-pressure drain, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT thread options alongside the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the 1 in branch line serving a spray booth: water and particles are stripped from the compressed air before it reaches the guns, and the low-pressure regulator holds a steady setting at the booth.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the pneumatic cylinders that fold and seal cartons on a packaging conveyor, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the valve bank between shifts.
Feeding filtered air to rack-and-pinion actuators on large water-treatment or process valves, where the regulator sets the actuator pressure and the psi gauge gives operators a local reading.
Size and port set the capacity envelope: the 600 size with its G1 (1 in) connection suits the highest-flow branch of the GFR range, but because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order. Choose the drain to match maintenance practice: automatic (this unit) suits unattended duty, manual suits supervised checks, and differential-pressure is the catalogue default. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The embedded square gauge is fitted here with a psi scale; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is G on this code, with PT as the standard and NPT available as an order option. The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type - its exact adjustment range is not published in the sheet we work from, so confirm it with us. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we will not quote a figure we cannot stand behind. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A in the code means the bowl drain discharges collected condensate automatically, so the unit does not depend on someone opening a manual drain. The catalogue also lists manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) drain variants across the GFR range if your maintenance routine suits those better.
