The AirTAC GFR60025C3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 is a filter regulator: in one body it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your set point. This configuration is the 600 size with a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the W grade, tighter than the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain that discharges condensate as the element loads up, and an aluminium alloy bowl, which is the bowl material used at size 600. The standard regulator adjusts from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the fitted round gauge reads in bar.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic, manual), 40 um or 5 um filtration, embedded square or optional external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures from the datasheet against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

At a main drop on an assembly line, the unit strips water and swarf from the header supply and holds a steady set pressure to the impact wrenches, nutrunners and air balancers working along the line.
On a bottling or canning line, cleaned and regulated air drives the stopper, divertor and pusher cylinders that gate containers between conveyors, keeping the timing consistent through each shift.
Ahead of pneumatic control valves and positioners on a process skid, the unit removes moisture and fine particles that would foul small orifices, while the regulator holds the actuator supply at set pressure.
Size 600 is the largest step in the GFR range, and here it carries a 1 in NPT port, so it belongs on main supply lines and headers rather than at small point-of-use drops. Pick the size and port against the air your line actually consumes: flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your demand and we will confirm the right size from the datasheet before you order. On filtration, 40 um is the standard element and 5 um (code W) is the tighter option fitted here - choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need cleaner air. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure (this unit) discharges when the element loads, automatic (A) drains continuously, and manual (M) needs someone to open it; on a differential-drain unit the regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Gauges come as an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - this one is round, bar. PT is the standard thread form, with G and NPT as catalogue options (this unit is NPT); a bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can honestly quote. Tell us your line demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The W code orders the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, giving finer protection for downstream valves, cylinders and instruments. The drain is the differential-pressure type (the default): it discharges collected condensate when the pressure drop across the loaded element rises. Automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are catalogue alternatives if you prefer continuous or operator-controlled draining.
