The AirTAC GFR60025F2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 (1 in) 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60025F2WG is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body, so one 1 in (G1) connection handles both water and particulate removal and the downstream pressure setting. This configuration carries the W code for 5 um filtration (40 um is the standard element), a differential-pressure drain, and an aluminium alloy bowl - size 600 bowls are aluminium alloy, while 200/300/400 bowls are polycarbonate. The embedded square gauge is fitted and reads in psi (an external round gauge is optional). The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, a mounting bracket is included, and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing, with compressed air as the only medium.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include manual or automatic drains, the 5 um element, gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), an external round gauge, and G or NPT thread in place of the PT standard. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the 1 in compressed-air branch feeding a paint booth, the unit removes water and 5 um particles from the supply and gives maintenance a single point to set and read the pressure for the booth's air-driven equipment.
Feeding the valve stack of a robotic welding cell, the filter regulator conditions the plant air supply and lets the cell technician set a stable pressure for the clamp actuators downstream, with the psi gauge visible on the panel.
On a bottling hall's conveyor air supply, the unit conditions the 1 in branch line and allows the pressure for cylinder-driven stops, gates and pushers to be set and monitored at the machine.
Choose the size by the port and flow step your line needs: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in G-thread port, the largest step in the range (sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover 1/8 in to 1 in). Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M). Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code - this model carries W. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge (fitted here, psi scale; MPa or bar scales available) or an external round gauge. Thread is G (BSPP) on this model; PT is the AirTAC standard and NPT is an order option. A mounting bracket is included. Flow for the series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W selects the optional 5 um filtration element instead of the 40 um standard, the 2 selects the embedded square gauge with a psi scale (MPa and bar scales are also available), and the G specifies G (BSPP) thread - PT is the AirTAC standard and NPT can be ordered. Drain on this model is the differential-pressure type; automatic and manual drains are alternatives.
