The AirTAC GFR60025F2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60025F2WTK is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is fitted with a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator setpoint range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is ordered with a choice of drain type, filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um), gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options), bracket, and reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, pressure-regulated air to the pneumatic cylinders that index, fill and cap bottles, with the 5 um element helping keep water and fines out of valve spools at the filler head.
Conditions the shop-air feed to transmitters and control valves on a skid, holding a steady setpoint while the square psi gauge gives operators a local reading at the panel.
Supplies the divert and stopper cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the check valve holding the downstream circuit against backflow when the upstream supply dips.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and port codes (1/8 in to 1 in) to match the air demand of the circuit; larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow capacity. On this unit the drain is differential-pressure (the default), which bleeds the bowl automatically as the pressure differential builds; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are available on other codes. The 5 um element (W) is the finer choice over the 40 um standard where downstream equipment needs cleaner air. The embedded square gauge here reads psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives, and PT or G threads can be ordered instead of NPT.
Because rated flow is published only as curves and not as a single number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can honestly quote. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request.
The W in the code selects the optional 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, for cleaner air to sensitive downstream equipment, and the K code fits a reverse/check valve that blocks backflow through the unit. Both are order-time choices; the standard configuration is 40 um with no check valve.
