The AirTAC GFR60025LJC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60025LJC2T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in a single body. This size 600 unit is built with a 1 in NPT port, the low-pressure regulator type, a 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain that discharges condensate when the pressure differential across it rises during flow. Because this is the 600 size, the bowl is aluminium alloy, and a round gauge scaled in psi is fitted so operators can read the set pressure directly. This configuration has no mounting bracket and no reverse/check valve.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and options include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a mounting bracket where required. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated low-pressure air keeps rinse and blow-off nozzles on a bottling line supplied with dry, particulate-free air at a stable setting.
Air-jet looms need clean air at a consistent low setting; this 1 in filter regulator conditions the main supply feeding the weaving nozzles.
On a carton packing conveyor, stable regulated air drives clamp and hold-down cylinders while the 40 um element protects seals from debris.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up through 1/8 in to 1 in ports, so move up a size when the line needs more air. On this unit the drain is the differential-pressure type; automatic (code A) and manual (code M) drains are available if you prefer self-discharge or scheduled draining. The 40 um element is standard and a 5 um element (code W) suits finer downstream needs. Gauges come as the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this code carries a round psi gauge. Threads are PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and the bracket can be omitted (code J) or included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and port size and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request.
This unit carries a differential-pressure drain, the standard option: condensate is discharged when the pressure differential across the drain rises during flow. If you prefer an automatic drain (code A) that discharges condensate on its own, or a manual drain (code M) you operate by hand, those variants can be ordered in the same size.
