The AirTAC GFR60025MC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60025MC1T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in a single body. This 600-size unit is ported 1 in NPT, uses a manual drain on the bowl, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and is supplied with a round pressure gauge reading in MPa. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), the maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and because this is the 600 size the bowl is aluminium alloy. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options across the series include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (code W) filter element, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and bracket choices. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fitted at the drop feeding a CNC machining cell, the unit strips water and particulate from the shop air line and lets the setter dial in and hold the pressure the cell's valves and actuators were specified for, with the gauge giving a constant readout at the machine.
On a bottling line, the unit conditions the air feeding gripper and clamp actuators: the 40 um element catches pipe scale and condensate before it reaches the valves, and the gauge lets the line technician read and hold the pressure the actuators need.
Installed ahead of the cylinders that push cartons along a packaging conveyor, the unit keeps water and dirt out of the cylinders and gives the maintenance team a manual-drain point and a set pressure they can check at a glance on the round gauge.
Sizing starts with the size/port step: the 600 size takes 1 in ports, and capacity rises with size, so match the unit to the air demand of the circuit rather than to the pipe alone. The real choices on this family are: drain type (differential-pressure by default, automatic with code A, manual with code M - this model is manual, so the bowl is emptied by hand as part of routine checks); filter element, 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; gauge style (embedded square as standard, external round optional) and scale (MPa, psi or bar); thread, with PT as the standard and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options; and bracket, included unless code J is specified. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application conditions and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this 1 in NPT unit.
M is the manual-drain code. The bowl collects the water and dirt separated from the air, and you drain it by hand as part of routine maintenance. If you would rather not do that, the same 600-size filter regulator is available with an automatic drain (code A) or with the differential-pressure drain that is the series default.
