The AirTAC GFR60025MC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1, Round Gauge, Bar is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60025MC3TK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This size 600 unit is specified with a 1 in NPT thread, a manual drain on the bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, a round external gauge with a bar scale, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. The 600 size bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjustment range with manual drain is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT, G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filter grades, gauge type and scale, and reverse valve options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning at a spray booth: water and dirt are stripped from the shop air line and the pressure delivered to the paint guns and air motors is set and held at the level the booth was set up for.
Feeding the pneumatic cylinders and stopper gates that index bottles along a filling and capping conveyor, with the supply pressure set once and kept stable so stroke timing stays repeatable through the shift.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the pneumatic clamps and tool-change actuators on a machining centre, where the check valve helps hold the set downstream pressure if the main supply dips.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in NPT port, the largest step in the range. Drain type is a real operating choice: manual drain requires someone to drain the bowl, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention; note that the regulator adjustment range differs by drain type (0.05-0.9 MPa with manual drain, 0.15-0.9 MPa with automatic or differential-pressure drain). Filter grade is 40 um as standard or 5 um with code W. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar, and the thread can be ordered as PT, G (BSPP) or NPT. A bracket is included with this unit.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application and the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
Code M in GFR60025MC3TK specifies a manual drain, so condensate is emptied by opening the drain by hand rather than discharging automatically. With a manual drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are adjusted over 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Choose a manual drain where someone is already attending the machine, or ask us about automatic or differential-pressure drain variants.
