The AirTAC GFR60025MF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60025MF2GK is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body, so one unit removes water and particulate from the compressed air and then holds a stable downstream pressure. This configuration is the size 600 series with a G1 (1 in) port in G thread, a manual drain on the bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a fitted reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket included. The bowl on this size is aluminium alloy, and the maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). With the manual drain fitted, the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the medium is compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um element in place of the standard 40 um, gauge and scale options, and PT, G or NPT thread. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering water and particles out of the air feeding spray guns and holding a steady regulated pressure at each paint-line drop, with the manual drain bled during shift checks.
Supplying clean, regulated air to the grip and flap-fold cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the psi square gauge letting operators set and check the working pressure at a glance.
Conditioning the air that feeds clamping cylinders on a machining centre, removing condensate and debris before it reaches the fixtures and holding the clamp pressure steady.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in port, the largest step in the GFR range, so match it to the line size and the flow your circuit needs. Drain type is a real choice: manual drain (this unit) means someone bleeds the bowl on a routine, while automatic or differential-pressure drain handles condensate without attention. Filter grade is 40 um standard, with a 5 um element available as the W option if downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The embedded square gauge is standard and can be ordered with MPa, psi or bar scale; an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as standard, with G (this unit) and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your line size and application and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for this 1 in unit on request.
The M in the code means the bowl has a manual drain: condensate is removed by opening the drain by hand on a routine schedule. If you would rather not do that, GFR units can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain. Note that with a manual drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
