The AirTAC GFR60025MJC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator, G1 Port is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 series is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This unit is the size 600 configuration with a G1 (1 in) G-thread port, a manual drain on the bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, and a fitted reverse/check valve. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. The standard regulator covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual drain, and the fitted round gauge reads in psi so operators can set and monitor the working pressure directly.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include automatic or manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (code W) filter element, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT thread variants. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request, since flow is published as curves rather than a single rating.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 1 in branch off the main compressed-air header to filter water and particulate and hold a set working pressure for a production bay, with the psi gauge giving a local reading at the point of use.
Feeding filtered, regulated air to pneumatic cylinders and grippers on a packaging or palletising conveyor, where the check valve helps hold the set downstream pressure and the manual drain is bled during scheduled checks.
Set-up point for clamps and light pneumatic presses, where the technician dials the required clamping pressure on the regulator and reads it off the round psi gauge before each job change.
Size and port step up from 200 to 600, so match the size to the air demand of the line rather than to the pipe alone; this unit is the 1 in G-thread step. Drain choice matters here: manual drain needs an operator to bleed the bowl, while automatic and differential-pressure drains self-bleed but carry a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) regulating range instead of the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) available with manual drain. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; gauge scale is MPa, psi or bar; thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; a mounting bracket is optional (this configuration is supplied without one).
Flow for this family is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application and the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
This configuration has a manual drain, which gives the full 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulating range. If you order the same filter regulator with an automatic or differential-pressure drain instead, the regulating range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Choose the drain type to suit both your condensate handling and your lowest required set pressure.
