The AirTAC GFR60025MLJF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body, and GFR60025MLJF1T is the size 600 flagship of that family. This configuration is built around a 1 inch NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element and a manual drain, so an operator opens the drain at the bottom of the bowl to release collected condensate. It is the low-pressure regulator type, fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, and the aluminium alloy bowl suits this large frame. No mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional 5 um filtration (code W), automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, gauge choices and G/NPT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off from a large compressed-air ring main, it removes pipeline water and rust particles and holds a steady, reduced pressure feeding a production hall's distribution headers.
Feeding a workholding or clamping manifold on a fabrication cell, it cleans the supply air and lets the setter dial in the clamping circuit pressure on the square MPa gauge.
On a packaging or material-handling line with air nozzles and conveyor cylinders, it strips condensate from the main supply and regulates the pressure that drives the jets and actuators.
Size 600 with a 1 in NPT port is the correct step when your line runs high air volumes through large-bore piping; stepping down to size 300 or 400 would add restriction. The manual drain here means someone vents the bowl as part of routine checks - choose the automatic drain option if the unit will sit where nobody regularly walks past it. Filtration is the 40 um standard element; specify the W variant only if downstream equipment demands 5 um air. This is the low-pressure regulator type, so confirm your working pressure band with us before ordering. The embedded square gauge reads in MPa; external round gauges and psi or bar scales are options. NPT is the thread on this unit - G (BSPP) is the alternative order option, and PT is the catalogue standard. No bracket is included with the J code.
Because catalogue flow data is published as curves and not as a single rated number, send us your application's flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collecting in the aluminium bowl is released by opening the drain fitting by hand. If the unit will be mounted where it is not checked regularly, the automatic drain (code A) or differential-pressure drain (blank) variants of the same GFR600 unit can be ordered instead.
