The AirTAC GFR60025MNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60025MNTK is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in aluminium alloy, a 40 um standard filter element, a standard regulator with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, a fitted reverse/check valve, and no gauge supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), drain type, filter grade and gauge, and bracket options. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the compressed air feeding clamps and counterbalance cylinders on a metal stamping press, with the 1 in NPT port matching the plant main drop.
Conditioning the air supply to pneumatic conveyor stops and gate actuators on a bottling line, where the manual drain suits a station visited each shift.
Feeding a bank of solenoid valves on a weaving machine, with the check valve holding downstream pressure if the upstream supply dips.
Size and port: the 600 frame with a 1 in NPT connection is the largest step in the GFR range; match the frame to the flow your line needs and step down a size if the demand is smaller. Drain: this unit is manual-drain, so plan a routine drain check; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on other variants. Filter grade: 40 um is standard here, with a 5 um element (code W) if finer filtration is needed. No gauge is fitted in this code; gauge options with MPa, psi or bar scales exist on other variants. Thread: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options. A mounting bracket is included.
One honest note before ordering: flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application and to send the datasheet.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Ask us and we will confirm the flow curve and datasheet figures for the GFR600 against your application before you order.
Code N means no gauge is supplied, so you would add your own downstream pressure gauge or order a gauge variant; gauge options with MPa, psi or bar scales exist. Code M means the drain is manual, so the bowl must be drained by hand on a routine schedule; automatic and differential-pressure drain variants are available if you prefer that handled for you.
