The AirTAC GFR600C20ALC3T AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20ALC3T is a size 600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body, with a 3/4 in NPT port. This configuration carries the automatic drain, so collected condensate is discharged without anyone opening a valve by hand, and the standard 40 um filtration grade. The regulator is the low-pressure type, an external round gauge with a bar scale is fitted, the bowl is aluminium alloy at this size, a mounting bracket is included, and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G/NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, and gauge or no-gauge variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a machining line running pneumatic clamps and tool-change actuators, this unit cleans water and swarf-laden air at the cell drop and holds a steady low-pressure supply, with the automatic drain clearing condensate through long production shifts.
A bottling or cartoning line driving stopper cylinders, diverters and grip pads needs clean, regulated air at each drop; the 3/4 in port serves larger header runs and the automatic drain keeps moisture out of the valves without daily manual blowdown.
Quarter-turn process valves actuated by pneumatic rack-and-pinion actuators need filtered air regulated down to the actuator's rated supply; the low-pressure regulator type and bar-scale gauge suit panels where setpoints are read in bar.
Step through the size range (200/300/400/600) against the port your air line needs - this unit is the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest step in the family. Drain is a real choice: automatic (this model), manual, or the differential-pressure default; automatic suits points of use that run unattended. Filtration is 40 um standard, with 5 um (code W) where downstream equipment needs finer protection. Gauges can be specified with MPa, psi or bar scales, and the thread can be ordered as PT (standard), G or NPT. A bracket is included here; on some family members it is an option.
One honest note before you order: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated figure, and the adjustment range of the low-pressure regulator type is not stated on our sheet. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing before you commit.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure that is not on the datasheet. Tell us your line size, inlet pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow curve and correct sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A in the code sets the automatic drain: condensate collected in the bowl is discharged on its own, which suits unattended or hard-to-reach points of use. The family also offers manual drain (code M) and the differential-pressure default, so you can pick the drain behaviour that matches how the installation is serviced.
