The AirTAC GFR600C20ALF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20ALF1T is a size 600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is built for 3/4 in NPT ports, drains condensate automatically so no manual blowing down is needed, and filters to the standard 40 um grade. It is the low-pressure regulator type, carries an embedded square gauge reading in MPa, has no reverse/check valve fitted, and ships with a mounting bracket. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of automatic, manual or differential-pressure drain, a 5 um (code W) filter option, gauge scale choices, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4 in air drop feeding a carton-sealing and wrapping line, it filters line scale and condensate from the header supply and holds a reduced, low-pressure setting for the actuators downstream. The automatic drain keeps water out of the bowl without an operator walking the line.
Mounted ahead of a bench-mounted pneumatic press or clamp fixture, it cleans the shop air to 40 um and regulates the working pressure delivered to the cylinder, with the square MPa gauge giving the operator a direct reading of the set pressure.
Fitted where a machine tool or assembly station branches off the main ring main, it conditions the 3/4 in feed before the directional-valve manifold, protecting the manifold and downstream components from water and particulate carryover while keeping supply pressure regulated.
Start with size and port: the 600 frame with 3/4 in NPT ports suits lines fed at that scale, but the right step depends on the flow your circuit actually draws - we can check the published flow curves against your demand on request. Choose the drain next: this unit drains automatically (code A), which suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations; manual and differential-pressure drains are the alternatives in the family. The 40 um element is standard; specify the W code if your application needs the 5 um grade. The fitted square gauge reads in MPa, and psi or bar scales plus an external round gauge are available. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard family thread and G is also an order option. A bracket is included. Note this is the low-pressure regulator type - confirm its exact adjustment range with us before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote for this unit. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your circuit and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The A code in GFR600C20ALF1T means the bowl drains condensate automatically, which suits installations that are not visited daily. The GFR family also offers manual drain (code M) and the differential-pressure drain as the default, so you can match the drain type to how the unit is accessed in your plant.
