The AirTAC GFR600C20ALJC2G AirTAC Filter Regulator, G3/4, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20ALJC2G is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water-and-particulate filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, in the size 600 frame with G3/4 (3/4 inch) ports in G (BSPP) thread. This configuration carries the low-pressure regulator type, a 40 um filter element, an automatic drain that removes collected condensate from the bowl without manual attention, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and is ordered with a choice of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge type and scale (embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, low-pressure regulated air to clamp and fixture cylinders on a CNC machining line, with the 40 um element protecting directional valves and the automatic drain clearing condensate through the shift.
Supplies regulated air to heat-seal jaws and packaging cylinders where lower working pressures are used; the round psi gauge lets line staff set and check pressure in familiar units.
Conditions the air feed to spray guns on a coating line, removing water and particulate ahead of the gun while holding a steady low set pressure for consistent finish work.
Size and port: 600 is the largest G-series frame, with 3/4 inch ports; step between 200, 300, 400 and 600 according to the air your line consumes - we can check the published flow curves against your demand. Drain: this code takes the automatic drain; manual and differential-pressure drains are the other catalogue options. Filter grade: the 40 um element is standard here; the finer 5 um element is available as code W where downstream equipment needs extra protection. Gauge: this unit is supplied with an external round gauge on the psi scale; the embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are the other catalogue choices. Thread: G (BSPP) on this code; PT is the standard thread and NPT is also an order option. Bracket: not included with this code (code J); a bracket can be ordered separately. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so no one number is quoted here. Tell us your line's air demand and working pressure and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator variant of the GFR600. Its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so we confirm it on request. The unit otherwise filters to 40 um, drains automatically and carries a round psi gauge.
