The AirTAC GFR600C20ALJC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4, 3/4 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20ALJC2T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single 600-size body. This configuration is built for 3/4 in NPT ports, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and drains condensate automatically, so the bowl empties itself as liquid collects without anyone opening the drain by hand. It is the low-pressure type, and an external round gauge with a psi scale is fitted so operators can read and set the downstream pressure directly. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature range of -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G, NPT or PT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off from a factory compressed-air ring main, it filters water and scale out of the 3/4 in branch line and holds a steady low-pressure supply to the downstream drop.
Feeding cylinders and air-operated grippers on a packaging or bottling conveyor, it delivers cleaned air at the regulated pressure the machine builder specifies, with automatic drain keeping the bowl clear through continuous shifts.
Mounted ahead of a control panel's valve manifold or air-preparation train, it protects solenoid valves and actuators from condensate and dirt while the round psi gauge lets technicians verify set pressure at a glance.
Choose the 600 size with its 3/4 in NPT port when your line volume calls for the largest step in the GFR range; smaller sizes (200/300/400) step down in port and flow. This unit has the automatic drain, which suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations; manual and differential-pressure drains are available if you prefer operator-controlled or demand-based draining. The 40 um element is the standard grade for general plant air; specify the 5 um W grade where finer particulate removal matters. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread here is NPT (PT is the AirTAC standard, G and NPT are order options), and this configuration has no mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Send us your line pressure, downstream pressure target and expected air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for your application before you order.
The A in the code specifies the automatic drain: condensate is discharged from the aluminium bowl on its own as it collects, which suits installations that are not checked daily. This is also the low-pressure (L) type regulator; the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure version is not published on the sheet we work from, so ask us to confirm it against the datasheet for your set pressure.
