The AirTAC GFR600C20ALJF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20ALJF3WT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point in a single body. This size 600 unit is threaded NPT 3/4 in, carries the W-coded 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, discharges condensate automatically, and is the L-coded low-pressure regulator type fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. No mounting bracket is included (J code) and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include manual or differential-pressure drains, the 40 um standard element, MPa/psi/bar gauge scales and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplying filtered, regulated air to the clamping cylinders of a CNC fixture circuit that runs at reduced pressure. The 5 um element protects the clamp valves from particulate, and the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the fixture plumbing during long production runs.
Conditioning the air feeding pick-and-place and sealing cylinders on a packaging line. The filter section removes water and debris before the regulator section holds a steady set point, and the automatic drain handles condensate without an operator having to bleed the bowl each shift.
A point-of-use filter regulator at an assembly-cell air drop, taking shop air straight off the header and delivering clean air at a controlled pressure to the cell's actuators and air-operated fixtures. The bar-scaled square gauge lets the cell operator verify the set point at a glance.
Size and port step up with flow demand: this is the largest GFR size (600) on a 3/4 in NPT thread, selected when the air line is large and demand is high. The W code picks the finer 5 um element over the 40 um standard - choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need cleaner air. The A code gives an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate on its own; the alternatives are manual drain (M) and the differential-pressure drain fitted by default. The embedded square gauge on this unit reads in bar; an external round gauge and MPa or psi scales are options. Thread here is NPT - PT is the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) available as an order option. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A code in this model means condensate collected in the bowl is discharged automatically, with no operator action needed. The alternatives in the GFR range are a manual drain (code M), where the drain is opened by hand, and the differential-pressure drain fitted by default. On this size 600 unit the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the working range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
