The AirTAC GFR600C20ALJNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20ALJNTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 600 unit is specified with a 3/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, and an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention. It is the low-pressure type, fitted with a reverse/check valve, and supplied without a gauge or mounting bracket. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is configurable by drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), bracket and reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to carton-forming and sealing heads on a packaging line, with the automatic drain handling condensate between shifts without operator attention.
Supplies clean, pressure-controlled air to a pneumatic press or clamping fixture circuit, with the check valve helping hold the downstream circuit condition if upstream supply dips.
Conditions the air feeding diverters, stops and gate cylinders along a conveyor system, where a single-body filter regulator keeps the control air supply simple to maintain.
Size and port step up together: 200 through 600 cover 1/8 in to 1 in, so pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand at working pressure - we can check the curve against your application before you order. Drain choice on the GFR is differential-pressure (default), automatic (this unit) or manual; automatic suits unattended installations. Filter grade is 40 um standard, with 5 um (code W) where finer particulate removal is needed. This unit is the low-pressure type and carries no gauge; gauge and scale options exist on other configurations. Thread is NPT here, with PT standard and G also available; a bracket can be added (code J omits it).
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rating, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this 3/4 in, size 600 unit before you order.
The A in the code selects the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate on its own instead of relying on a differential-pressure bleed or manual draining - useful on installations that run unattended. The N selects no gauge, so no pressure gauge is fitted; gauge options with different scales exist on other GFR configurations if you need a local reading.
