The AirTAC GFR600C20ALNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20ALNWTK is a size-600 filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus pressure regulation combined in one body. This configuration is built around a 3/4 in NPT port, a fine 5 um filter element (code W), and an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and no gauge is fitted (code N), so downstream pressure must be read with a separate gauge if required. A reverse/check valve is fitted, and the metal bowl on this size-600 unit is aluminium alloy. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or differential-pressure drains, a 40 um standard element, gauge options, and PT or G threads in place of NPT. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air feeds clamp cylinders on a CNC fixture line, holding workpieces at a gentle, consistent set pressure while the 5 um element protects the clamp valves from swarf-laden carryover.
A powder coating line draws conditioned air for fluidising and conveying: the filter regulator removes water and fine particles and holds a low, stable supply pressure so the powder feeds evenly through the spray guns.
On a packaging conveyor, jets of regulated air blow dust and crumbs off trays before filling; the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the jets during long unattended shifts, and the check valve holds the circuit's set-up.
Size and port are the first decision: the 600 size with its 3/4 in NPT port suits lines with substantial air demand, while smaller GFR sizes step down through 1/2 in, 3/8 in, 1/4 in and 1/8 in. Drain type is a real choice: automatic (as fitted here) for unattended condensate removal, manual where an operator drains the bowl, or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W, as here) where finer particulate removal matters. Gauge options and pressure scales can be added at order stage, and thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; a bracket can be included or omitted.
Because flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we cannot quote one number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote one here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the relevant datasheet curve figures for this exact model on request before you order.
Correct: the N in the code means no gauge is supplied with this unit. The GFR family can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales; if you need a gauge on this low-pressure unit, ask us and we will confirm the suitable gauge option for the GFR600 on request.
