The AirTAC GFR600C20C1T AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20C1T is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a 3/4 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element rises. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), a round pressure gauge on an MPa scale is fitted, and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to size 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drains, psi or bar gauge scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, a low-pressure regulator type and a reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, water-free air at a held pressure for spray guns and air-assist equipment at a paint-shop distribution point, with condensate handled by the differential-pressure drain.
Feed the pneumatic clamp and tuck cylinders on a packaging conveyor from a 3/4 in main, keeping actuator pressure steady through shift-long cycling.
Supply regulated, filtered air to quarter-turn pneumatic valve actuators on a treatment-plant skid, with the round MPa gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout.
Size and port are the first choice: the 600 frame with its 3/4 in NPT port suits the largest branch lines in the GFR range, while sizes 200-400 step down for smaller ports and lower air demand. Drain type is a real decision: this unit has the differential-pressure drain (the default), but automatic (A) and manual (M) versions are orderable codes. The fitted gauge reads in MPa; psi (scale 2) and bar (scale 3) are available. The 40 um element is standard and the 5 um W grade is the finer option. Thread follows the trailing code: PT is the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options such as the T suffix on this model. Brackets are included on this configuration.
Because flow is published only as curves and not as a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
This unit has the differential-pressure drain (the default): condensate is discharged automatically when the pressure drop across the 40 um element reaches the drain threshold, with no operator intervention. If you prefer a scheduled blowdown or a fully automatic float action, the manual (M) and automatic (A) drain versions are separate orderable codes in the same series.
