The AirTAC GFR600C20C2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20C2G is a size-600 filter regulator: one body that first removes water and particulate from compressed air, then regulates the downstream pressure. This configuration carries a G3/4 (3/4 in) G-thread port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that clears the bowl without manual attention, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit is supplied with a mounting bracket. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with options including a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drains, alternative gauge scales (MPa, psi or bar), and NPT thread on request. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use preparation for a CNC machining centre's compressed-air feed: the 40 um element strips water and swarf-carrying particulate before the air reaches solenoid valves and actuators, while the regulator holds a steady set pressure for clamping and tool-change circuits.
Mounted at the drop from a plant air header to a cartoning or case-packing conveyor, the unit filters the header air and lets line technicians set and read a stable working pressure for the cylinder-driven sealing and pushing stations, with the psi gauge giving a direct local reading.
Feeding a bench-mounted pneumatic press or fixture clamping rig, the filter regulator cleans the shop air and sets the clamping force via the regulator, with the aluminium alloy bowl and differential-pressure drain keeping condensate out of the valves without daily manual draining.
Work through the real, decodable choices in order. Size 600 with a G3/4 port is the largest step in the GFR range - step down to 400/300/200 if your line's flow demand is smaller, since port and body size step together. Drain type matters: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (default); choose automatic (code A) for unattended drain points or manual (code M) where you want positive control. The 40 um element is standard; specify 5 um (code W) only where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The round psi gauge fitted here can be ordered with MPa or bar scales instead, and PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as order options. A no-bracket version (code J) is also listed.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a flow number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves for this exact model before you order.
The differential-pressure drain is the default drain on this filter regulator: it discharges collected condensate from the bowl automatically as the pressure differential across the drain reaches its threshold, with no operator action. If your installation prefers it, the same size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M) - just ask for the alternative code when ordering.
