The AirTAC GFR600C20JC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20JC1T is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a set downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has a 3/4 in NPT port, 40 um standard filtration, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element is high enough, and a round pressure gauge with an MPa scale so the setting is visible at the unit. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and this code is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and bracket options. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the 3/4 in supply drop feeding a spray-booth area, it strips water and pipe-scale from the compressed air and holds a steady regulated pressure so the booth's air-powered equipment sees a consistent supply.
Mounted at the inlet to a cartoning or case-packing conveyor section, it cleans the plant air feeding the directional valves and cylinders and keeps their working pressure set and stable through the shift.
Fitted at the point-of-use drop serving a machining cell, it removes condensate and particulate before the machine's pneumatic circuits and gives the operator a visible, adjustable line pressure on the MPa gauge.
Start with the port size: this unit is the 600 size with 3/4 in NPT threads, the largest step in the range, so size up to it when the main line or a bank of actuators demands more air than a 1/2 in unit can pass; the honest way to check is against the published flow curves, which we will confirm on request before you order. The drain here is differential-pressure, which suits installations that run steadily and see the drain cycle on pressure drop; choose automatic (code A) for unattended duty or manual (code M) where you want scheduled draining. Filtration is the 40 um standard grade; specify W for the 5 um grade if downstream equipment needs finer protection. The gauge in this code is the external round type with an MPa scale; psi (2) and bar (3) scales are order options, and the embedded square gauge is the standard alternative. The T suffix selects NPT thread; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available to order. J means no mounting bracket is supplied; omit J where you want one.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
C1 means this unit is fitted with the external round pressure gauge on the MPa scale. The embedded square gauge is the standard alternative, and psi (code 2) or bar (code 3) scales are available as order options - just specify the gauge code when you order.
