The AirTAC GFR600C20JC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in, psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20JC2 is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint, in one body. This configuration has PT3/4 ports, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads, and a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 3/4-inch drop from a factory compressed-air ring main, it cleans the supply and holds a steady setpoint for the whole downstream cell.
Feeding a pneumatic press or clamping station, it strips water and scale from the incoming air and keeps the working pressure stable stroke after stroke.
Mounted on a distribution panel serving several machines, it gives each branch filtered, regulated air from one 3/4-inch supply point.
Step up or down the size ladder (200 / 300 / 400 / 600) to match the port and flow path your line needs; this 600 unit takes PT3/4. Choose the drain to suit the installation: differential-pressure (this unit, drains as pressure drops), automatic for unattended condensate removal, or manual where someone checks the bowl routinely. Pick the filter grade: 40 um standard for general plant air, 5 um (code W) for finer protection. Gauges come as an embedded square unit or an external round one, in MPa, psi or bar scales; this model has a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; a bracket is optional (not fitted here).
Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, setpoint and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
This model's differential-pressure drain discharges collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential across it changes, with no operator input. If your compressor cycles rarely or the unit sits in an inaccessible spot, an automatic drain (code A) is an alternative; a manual drain (code M) suits installations checked as part of a routine walk-round.
