The AirTAC GFR600C20JC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20JC2GK is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in a single body. This configuration carries a G3/4 (BSPP) port, the standard 40 um filtration element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically whenever flow differential allows, a round pressure gauge scaled in psi, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when upstream supply is lost. As a size-600 unit, the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8" to 1", and with options including automatic or manual drains, a 5 um (code W) filter element, square embedded or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads, and bracket mounting. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the main air drop after the receiver in a plant compressor room, it strips condensed water and scale from the header air and holds a steady header pressure for the whole distribution ring.
Feeding the pneumatic tool changer, clamps and chip-blow-off circuit of a CNC machining centre, it delivers cleaned air at a fixed setpoint so clamping force stays repeatable across shifts.
Mounted at the inlet of a cartoning or case-packing conveyor line, it conditions the air feeding cylinders and grippers, keeping moisture out of the valves and holding line pressure steady through peak cycle rates.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 600 with a G3/4 port, the largest in the GFR range - step down to 200/300/400 if your line runs smaller ports and lower air demand. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (as fitted here) needs no attention during operation, automatic drains continuously, and manual suits supervised points. The standard element is 40 um; specify code W for 5 um where finer protection matters. Gauges come as an embedded square unit or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Threads are PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is G-threaded. Brackets are optional - this configuration is supplied without one. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet so you can size the unit correctly before ordering.
The differential-pressure drain (the default option) discharges collected condensate automatically when the flow differential across the unit allows it, with no operator attention. If your duty cycle does not create enough differential, automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drain versions of the same GFR600 unit can be ordered instead.
